2. Exceptions for Incorrect Printing
We stand by the quality of our products and printing. If your product arrives with a printing error or production defect, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date.
You must provide clear pictures that show the mistake in production (e.g., misaligned design, incorrect graphic, or printing error).

3. What’s Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Incorrect sizes due to customer error (please use the sizing chart provided).
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, washing, or mishandling.
Any requests made after 30 days from the purchase date.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued, we will cover the cost of shipping for the new item.
